Wire Drawing Plant
Our drawing plant consists of blocks diameter 310 to 1050 mm as per wire size to reduce. Our continuous wire drawing blocks line to draw ss/ms/hc/black wire from 14 to 24 swg. High speed wire drawing machinery are available with electrical control panel/cnc control panel/vfd control panel as per client requirement. Standard make bearing, die box and gear box are used to drive the machinery. The capstan surface hardness is 60-62 r.C. Machinery with safety guard, killing rollers, stripper systems, cooling system drum/die etc are also features of our machinery.
